Dr. Reena Khanna-Goyal is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience serving the Jacksonville community. Since 2000, Dr. Khanna-Goyal has provided compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents, adults, and older adults. She specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of concerns such as anxiety, depression, performance pressure, perfectionism, and life transitions. With adolescents and their families, Dr. Khanna-Goyal works collaboratively to manage academic stress, strengthen communication, and build resilience during the often-demanding high school years. She helps teens foster self-awareness and confidence, equipping them with tools to succeed both personally and academically.
In her work with adults, Dr. Khanna-Goyal supports individuals facing a wide range of challenges—from managing stress, relationships, and career transitions, to cultivating a greater sense of balance, clarity, and purpose. Whether working with young professionals, parents, or older adults, she provides a warm, thoughtful space for reflection, growth, and lasting change.
